Refund Policy – Online Coaching Services
Effective Date: April 5th, 2026
Thank you for choosing Zadar Fitness. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds related to our services, including live training sessions conducted via Zoom, customized training programming, and health coaching.
1. General Policy
All services are delivered remotely and require time, preparation, and scheduling. As such, refunds are limited and handled according to the specific service type outlined below. By purchasing services, you agree to this policy.
2. Remote Personal Training Sessions (Zoom)

Cancellations (Client-Initiated):

Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

Trainer Cancellations:

If a session is canceled by the trainer, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.

3. Personal Training Programming (Custom Plans)

Due to the personalized nature of training programs, all programming sales are final once the plan has been delivered.

If adjustments are needed, reasonable revisions will be provided within 14 days of delivery at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be considered if:

The program has not yet been delivered, or
-
There is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon service.

4. Health Coaching Sessions

Session-Based Coaching:

Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

No-Shows:

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

5. Medical Exceptions

Exceptions to the standard cancellation and refund policy may be made in the case of a legitimate medical situation that prevents participation.

A doctor’s note or appropriate medical documentation is required to qualify.

Approved cases may be eligible for:

A rescheduled session, or
-
A refund, depending on the situation.

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe following the missed or canceled session.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, clients can cancel their subscription any time before the next billing cycle
7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
