Service Description
New to running? This personalized 8–10 week Beginner Running Program is designed to help you build consistency, confidence, and endurance—without guesswork. We start with a 30-minute one-on-one strategy call to understand your current fitness level, goals, schedule, and any limitations. From there, you’ll receive a fully customized running plan built specifically for your life—not a generic template. Your program is designed to help you progress safely, avoid common beginner injuries, and develop a routine you can actually stick to.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session (personal training, health coaching, or other services). The full cancellation policy, liability waiver, and client responsibilities will be available for review at checkout prior to purchase.
